Thomas Coffman, principal of Miracle, oversees the Nashville and Austin offices. Coffman specializes in lease & contract negotiations. Coffman concentrates on helping clients grow their brand identity across varying markets while simplifying the tenant representation and transaction process.
A native Texan and local Austinite, Coffman has extensive knowledge of the Austin market and has completed multiple national transactions including Denver, Dallas, San Antonio and Nashville. Coffman brings years of management experience to the Miracle team. He takes into consideration common denominators for current tenant locations in order to fully analyze client growth and market strategy. Coffman also oversees the facilitation of expansion of pad users, market research and development, site selection and land evaluation.
Prior to founding Miracle, Coffman was a senior associate at a leading Austin commercial real estate firm. He earned his college degree in liberal arts from Colorado State University where he was granted a full scholarship and played wide receiver for the Rams. During his free time, Thomas enjoys fishing, exploring new artists and music venues in Nashville, and attending Cross Point Church.
Garrett Grayson, principal of Miracle, oversees the Nashville office. Grayson's main areas of expertise include local and national real estate investments and client relations. Grayson currently serves as an NFL Quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons and was selected as the third overall quarterback in the 2015 NFL Draft behind Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota.
Grayson has successfully invested in the Nashville real estate market and continues to plant seeds for developers and retailers looking to grow their portfolio.
Prior to co-founding Miracle, Grayson was a quarterback for the New Orleans Saints. He earned his college degree in communications from Colorado State University where he played quarterback for the Rams. In his free time, Garrett enjoys live music, hiking, fishing and time at the lake. Grayson is a member of Cross Point Church.
Scott Stephens, principal of Miracle, has more than five years of commercial real estate experience specializing in off-market acquisitions and investments. Stephens is a Nashville native and has completed more than 100 transactions in acquiring distressed assets.
Prior to co-founding Miracle, Stephens founded Family Trust Services, a residential real estate company, and continues to serve as a managing partner. Stephens holds a finance degree with a concentration in real estate from the University of Alabama.
Scott is involved with the Phoenix Club of Nashville whose mission is to develop leaders and help at-risk youth in the Nashville community, specifically the Boys and Girls Club, Barefoot Republic and Junior Achievement. Scott and his wife, Maleah, enjoy traveling and spending time with their friends, family and two Labrador retrievers.
